I replaced the harness on my Pullman PV500 after the old one started digging into my shoulders and making longer cleaning jobs feel way harder than they should. Once this new harness was on, the difference was immediate. The weight felt more balanced across my back instead of pulling in one spot, which made moving around a lot easier.It fits both the PV500 and the Janitor JV500 properly, so nothing feels loose or awkward when you’re walking, bending, or turning corners. The straps adjust easily, too, so I could tighten it where I needed and loosen it where it felt tight. After a while, you almost forget you’re wearing a backpack vacuum at all, which is kind of the goal. The material feels strong and well-made, not thin or flimsy. I’ve been using it regularly, and it’s holding up well so far. If your current harness is uncomfortable, worn out, or just making your back sore, replacing it is honestly one of the best upgrades you can make. Cleaning feels smoother, faster, and way less tiring.
